713 Thunderbolt Air Cadet Squadron has been proudly serving the Stoney Creek/ Hamilton Area since 1961! The Air Cadet Program serves youth aged 12- 18 and offers once in lifetime opportunies that promote developing skills to build productive, responsible citizens and leaders in our community. The Squadron participates in many community events throughout the year, volunteering with the Royal Canadian Legion, Stoney Creek Lions and Kiwanis Club, Remembrance Day services, parades, Winona Peach Fesival, and many more events, you will see the Air Cadets throughout your community. Here are some of the other activities that the program teaches: leadership, citizenship, community service, instcutional techniques, public speaking, flying, airport operations, military drill, communication, marksmanship and more!
