We have a 2 part mission: One is to solicit volunteers and funds to assist our 3 partners, Project 1020, Habitat For Humanity and Operation Uplift. Project 1020 provides shelter for the unhoused in extremely cold weather at select locations in Johnson County, Kansas. Operation Uplift has volunteers that drive trucks to campsites in the Kansas City metro area providing clothes, food, water, and hygiene iterms. Habitiat For Humanity builds permanent housing for those that qualify throughout the Kansas City metro.
The second part of our mission is to raise funds for scholarships for those high school students that submit applications to continue their educations on a secondary or vocational basis. These applications are graded and scholariships are awarded on a merit basis.
