A Safe Place will assure survivors and their children a comprehensive treament process in a Safe Place and secure enviornment in Jefferson County. Our mission is to provide, with dignity and respect, a comprehensive, quality program including education. therapy/counseling, shelter advocacy, accessibility, referral network, etc. to any battered survivor and his/her children.
