The Abandoned Cat Team (ACT) provides low cost spay and neuter services to individuals living in San Joaquin and Stanislaus County, which covers the greater Stockton and Modesto, CA area. We help many people who would otherwise not be able to spay or neuter their pets. We provide low cost services as well as help individuals who cannot avoid anything, by offering free services. We also provide low cost vaccinations and microchips to help keep pets healthy and safe.
