Abilities Network's mission is to cultivate inclusive communities through relationships, innovation, and high quality services. We assist families, children and individuals with disabilities in Maryland in achieving their goals and reaching their maximum potential through customized community supports. Abilities Network serves the community through our 4 innovative programs that are united by our philosophy of working one on one with the children, families and individuals we serve in their schools, homes, and communities where we all live. Community & Employment Partners supports adults with developmental disabilities to live and work independently. Healthy Families Baltimore County supports children at risk for abuse or neglect by providing parenting support to their families. Our Move Management program supports seniors to live safely in their homes by helping them with the physical and emotional tasks of downsizing. Project ACT (All Children Together) coaches early childhood educators to expand their skills to successfully include children with special needs in their child cares and preschools.
