The Academy for Urban School Leadership (AUSL) is an equity-focused education non-profit that works tirelessly to improve educational outcomes for underserved students. We inspire student achievement with our highly trained and passionate teachers who care for each child’s educational, social, and emotional needs. Our holistic model ensures our students experience more, with programs that aren’t always offered in public schools.

To achieve the goal of providing access to an excellent education, we have three service lines:
MANAGE – Manage a school network in Chicago with public Schools of Excellence

TRAIN – Develop best-in-class, committed educators through the largest, and first, teacher residency program in the nation

ADVISE – Create change across the educational landscape by advising other school districts nationwide on our expertise and best practices
