AccessHealth is a non-profit community health center serving Fort Bend, Wharton, Waller, Austin, and Colorado counties. Each year, we assist community members through our medical services, WIC Program, and Case Management and Treatment Support. Our commitment at AccessHealth is to enhance the quality of life for underserved individuals and families by promoting good health through the delivery of quality, integrated health services.
The WIC program offers supplemental nutrition assistance to women during pregnancy and up until delivery, as well as to infants and children until they turn 5. Parents, grandparents, and legal guardians can apply for benefits on behalf of the children in their care.
