The Achievement Institute for STEM Scholars (AISS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering high-achieving, economically disadvantaged high school students who aspire to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Our mission is to bridge the opportunity gap by providing mentorship, financial assistance, and academic resources that help students navigate the path to higher education. Our mission is to guide high-achieving, economically disadvantaged high school students interested in pursuing a career in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) fields. Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty.
AISS serves students from underrepresented communities, many of whom are first-generation college students. Through college visits, STEM enrichment programs, test preparation, and financial aid for application fees and laptops, we equip our scholars with the tools they need to succeed. Our program has helped countless students gain acceptance into top universities and pursue careers in critical STEM fields.
