The Adirondack Community Outreach Center is a 501c3 not for profit organization serving economically disadvantaged and food insecure families in northern Warren County, southern Essex and southern Hamilton Counties in upstate New York. Our programs include the Johnsburg Food Pantry, a free family clothing center, School Weekend Backpack Program, Kid's Summer Meals Program, Holiday Toy Giveaway, Holiday Dinner Baskets, and Kid's School Supply Program.
