The Advocate Charitable Foundation works with grateful patients and families with ways to give back to Advocate Health Care and support its mission to help people live well. Part of the Advocate Charitable Foundation, Share Perinatal Support Services is specifically focused on supporting patients going through any type of perinatal crisis, including a high risk pregnancy, critically ill infant in the NICU, or the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death.
