On April 2, 2022 All Saints Episcopal School in Tyler, Texas will hold its annual Spring Auction: Fiesta. The 2021 Spring Gala raised in excess of $150,000 and was attended virtually by over 200 parents and local community members. The proceeds of the Spring Gala benefit the Parent Association and All Saints. Our committee is dedicated to ensuring that our 2022 Spring Gala is an even bigger success, and we are hoping you will help.

 

Your organization is a great community partner here in the greater Tyler area, and a donation would help make our event a tremendous success! Would you be willing to donate an item or service to our silent auction? Our deadline for silent auction acquisitions is March 15, 2022. As a thank you for your donation, we would like to prominently display your business information near your donated item. Moreover, if you can donate an item for our live auction, we will display your organization or company in all of the evening’s collateral. The tentative deadline for this opportunity is also March 1. We also have some incredible opportunities to be an Event Sponsor. As a sponsor, your company’s name will be displayed in the program and on the slideshow, per the attached details for each sponsorship.
