Allegiant Giving is a community serving transitioning military, veterans and their familes through education, employment and entrepreneurship. The goal of the program that currently serves 500 active-duty military and veterans is to help participants to gain knowledge through a customized training plan. At the conclusion of the individualized plan, Allegiant Giving actively matches the participant with interested employers. Allegiant Giving strongly believes that employment is a way to help veterans to achieve success and reduces the prevalence of depression and suicide.
