Alliance for Medical Outreach and Relief (AMOR) was established in 2008 with a vision statement of "Building healthy Communities Worldwide".  Our Mission is to "Improve the Health Status of the Communities We Serve".  The vehicles we use to accomplish these goals are Healthcare, Education and Social Support.  In the spirit of equity for each community we serve, projects are tailored to the specific needs of that community.

In Mendota CA, a rural community comprised of 15,000 immigrant farm labor families, is where AMOR built the AMOR Wellness Center. This 3.5-acre site is a Hub of essential services composed of a 10,000 sf Health Center that houses medical, dental, and behavioral health services. Additionally, the Neighborhood Resource Center is a second 10,000 sf building where other non-profits lease space and using their expert staff to provide public benefits enrollment, utility relief programs, parenting classes, immigration support/legal aid, domestic violence classes and support, charter school with a non-traditional high school graduation, workforce development classes and hands on skills training, consulate services for Mexico and El Salvador, Head Start fo 0 - 5 year olds, food pantry and diaper pantry.  The large outdoor space has a basketball court, community garden, ADA friendly playground structure, and plenty of lawn space for outdoor community events for 400 attendees.

In Kabul Afghanistan, AMOR funds and provides daily operational and administrative oversite to AMOR Afghanistan Health Organization (AAHO) which operates Afshar Hospital.  A 100-bed district hospital that employs 190 Afghans and treats over 70,000 patients annually.  Staffed with specialist that provide both in-patient and out-patients treatment in internal medicine, cardiology, surgery, maternity, pediatrics, neonatology, and emergency care, this hospital continues to provide state of the art healthcare for children and their families in the most challenging of circumstances.

In Ukraine, AMOR funds the AMOR Ukraine Health Organization (AUHO) which has an office Kyiv.  Acting as a reliable and transparent pipeline for both US and EU NGOs and companies to donate medical supplies, equipment, and medications to hospitals throughout Ukraine.  AUHO currently works with 12 hospitals throughout Uman, Dnipro, Odessa, and the Kherson region.  Additionally, AUHO delivers humanitarian aid to approximately 500 individuals monthly.  Families displaced to rural villages and orphans, direct victims of the war, are the beneficiaries of food, clean water, clothing, household items, basic medications, and some much-needed holiday cheer in every season.
