Visit Our Website School Grades: Daycare and Pre-K Elementary School
The Alta Vista School Council is an advisory body made up of parent volunteers who work together with the principal and teacher representatives at Alta Vista Public School in Ottawa to improve the school experience for all students and their families. We impact the school community in two ways - by providing a voice for students and parents and advocating for them on issues and by enhancing the school experience through fundraising and hosting special events, such as movie nights, community dances, book fairs and the annual Spring Fair.
Financial support is focused on providing enhancements to the school experience and ensuring all students have equal access to all programs and activities at school.
