We are here to make an impact and support the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics as they focus on continued research in finding a cure for Angelman Syndrome. This organization is a very personal organization to Dave and the Henderson family. Dave’s oldest son, Chase, was born with Angelman Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that affects the nervous system. Dave and Chase were as thick as thieves and the best of friends. Although it is not always easy caring for someone with Angelman Syndrome, Dave focused on the care he provided for Chase, ensuring he was having a fun, active life. If you saw Dave, you saw Chase with him. Their favorite outings included going to Seattle Mariner’s games, golfing and just riding around Alki Beach and all around the Seattle area.
