Bandcake Breakfast at Amador Valley High School
This annual fundraiser takes place on campus, showcases our talented student musicians, and is the primary source of funding for instruments, uniforms, and equipment needed to support Amador’s large and ever-growing music department.
About the Amador Valley High School Music Program in Pleasanton, CA
The program has 15 groups, including string orchestras, choirs, concert bands, jazz bands, marching band and color guard, winter percussion, and winter guard programs plus multiple small ensembles. The school’s budget covers the music directors’ salaries, some supplemental instructional stipends, and some instrument repairs. The majority of the award-winning program is funded by parents and our generous community.
We Need Your Help
As members of our community, please support our fundraising efforts so that our students and program will continue to thrive. Donations can be made of goods and services, gift certificates, or cash and will be used for our auction and in-person raffle. Any cash donations will support the Music Program directly.
Donating is mutually beneficial because it provides a wonderful marketing opportunity. This event will be advertised repeatedly to our school community, alumni, and the public through social media, community PR, and local advertising. Thus, your business name will be visible to hundreds of people. Our “Amador Valley Marching Band” Facebook page alone is seen by more than 2,000 people—all potential supporters of yours—since you supported us!
