The AWCC is a neighborhood center where all people’s positive self-worth can be realized, seeking always to maximize both individual potential and community empowerment. Amarillo Wesley Community Center strives to respond to the expressed needs of the community through a program of educational, recreational, and spiritual activities for children, youth, and adults of all races and faiths.
The Amarillo Wesley Community Center will be hosting their annual fiesta dinner celebration “Una Gran Cena” on Thursday September 21, 2023in the Wesley gymnasium. We will also be hosting our annual golf tournament "Jim Waterfield Tournament"
Amarillo Wesley Community Center was established 72 years ago and is located on the East quadrant of Amarillo in the 79102 zip code. Majority of the population that we serve are low-income families dependent on social services. 80% of the children that attend our programs qualify for the Federal Lunch Program. We would love your support in impacting our community and those we serve. We are aiming to expand our reach to serve more and need your help in doing so. Thank you.

Our objective is to raise funds in order to help support our many programs and projects. Our core programs consist of: Childcare, Afterschool, Mental Health Counseling and Play Therapy, Summer Camp, Texas USA Youth Wrestling, Youth Modeling and Mentoring, Senior Citizens, and Social Services.
ASK :We are asking for a donation of a gift certificate or merchandise for our raffle. We are a non-profit organization with limited funding. This would help immensely and would benefit our fundraising efforts. Our goal is to support our much-needed programs. We greatly appreciate any support.
