ACS is a global grassroots force of nearly two million volunteers dedicated to saving lives, celebrating lives, and leading the fight for a world without cancer. ACS is the only organization attacking cancer from every angle including through breakthrough research, free lodging near treatment, a 24/7/365 helpline, free rides to treatment, and convening powerful activists to create awareness and impactful resolutions. In Virginia, ACS funds more than $6.9 million in research, over $3.8 million of which is invested into research conducted right here in Richmond at VCU. Your support of the Virginia Breast Health Equity Summit helps the American Cancer Society to continue supporting ground breaking research and cancer patients in Virginia and nationwide.
