We strive to bring health awareness to our community through our community events. We promote the importance of early detection and screenings and bring together the community to bring awareness to cancer prevention. The best defense against cancer is finding it early, when it is easiest to treat. To help people make informed decisions about cancer screenings, we publish a variety of early detection guidelines. 

At the American Cancer Society, we’re excited about the progress we’ve made against this disease. From new discoveries on what causes cancer (and how we can prevent it), to advances in early detection and treatment, more lives are being saved than ever before. Ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to live a healthy life, prevent cancer, find it early, and receive high quality treatment and support when they need it, is the foundation of our work.

We are interested in partnering with companies that support our community initiatives. Our event raises funds to support breast cancer research and help our breast cancer initiatives. During our event we celebrate or survivors and thrivers and raise money to support breast cancer research. By doing this we are able to provide support to anyone in our community battling this disease 24/7 through our programs and services.
