ALF’s mission is to promote education, advocacy, support services and research for the prevention, treatment and cure of liver disease. With 47 years in the non profit community the ALF helps 4.3 million people each year with health information, education and support services. Since 1979 our research awards program has awarded nearly $27 million in research and throughout the year we hold fundraising events including the Liver Life Walk, National Legacy Gala, Liver Life Challenge events as well as special events like Flavors.
