For 38 years we have assisted families in Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities. Angels’ Place is proud to continue providing an excellent early childhood education program, parenting classes, counseling, tutoring and help with job placement – all at no cost to student parents and low cost to working parents who are single and meet low-income guidelines.
