Animal House Project is a 501(c)(3) charity located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to keep pets at home and out of shelters by providing food, supplies, and veterinary services to those in need. Our office is in Pottstown, Pennsylvania but we serve families that are in the Eastern Tri-county area.

The families that we are helping include senior and retired military veterans; returning military veterans; single-parent families; families that are impacted by the recession; families that are dealing with serious medical issues and various other issues that may impact a family from being able to feed their pet. Owing to the success of the organization, we are currently helping over nine hundred families feed their pets. Since the organization started, Animal House Project has helped over twenty-five-hundred families. Animals we feed include but are not limited to dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, ferrets, fish, chinchillas, and hermit crabs. Due to the economic times, that number only continues to increase.

Animal House Project also offers other much-needed services. We partner with The Spayed Club to provide low-cost vaccinations along with spay and neutering at a discounted rate. We also provide flea and tick medicine at a low-cost rate to clients; and large quantities of food to shelters and rescues.

Animal House Project is solely run and operated by volunteers. We receive very few grants and do not receive any government funding. We rely solely on the generosity of the community.

We appreciate any donations we may receive. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Sincerely,

Amanda Cook
