A.D.O.P.T. Pet Shelter is a private, no-kill animal shelter and low-cost vaccine/spay/neuter clinic that has been providing temporary shelter and life-saving health care in Naperville and the Western suburbs of Chicago for the past 33 years. Our Blessed Bonds program provides temporary shelter for pets whose owners are unable to care for them due to a particular hardship such as homelessness or an acute health emergency. Pet and owner are reunited as soon as they are able to care for them again. This fall we are expanding the scope of services and number of animals we are able to serve with the opening of a new veterinary clinic. This clinic is directed at serving low income residents and their pets as well as area humane societies and shelters.
