The Ann Bancroft Foundation staff and board of directors operate with a deep passion for making a difference in the lives of girl-identifing youth from all across Minnesota.  Our mission is to encourage and support girls to "imagine something bigger" by providing them with grants, mentorship, and ongoing development opportunities to pursue their dreams.  Every girl deserves opportunites to explore, engage and excel and reach their full potential. Our work advances gender equity.  By investing directly in girls and increasing their access to transformative opportunities, they build their competence, confidence, connection, character, and caring disrupting the impacts of gender inequities by:
Helping girls build skills to navigate the challenges they face today, and
Laying the foundation for future successes that strengthen our communities.
