The mission of Any Baby Can (ABC) is to serve families of children and youth with serious health or development challenges.
ABC program's goals is to stabalize families raising children with special health care needs through guidance, education, and support. Families will become and remain stable. Families will gain the knowledge and confidence to provide nurturing care and make good decisions on behalf of their family. Both child and family will grow and develop to the best of their ability.
