Mission Statement:
To serve the Chicago Metro Chapter by providing education opportunites for memebers and furture memebers by:
- increasing awareness of the vital role of public work in everyday life
- supporting causes to advance the profession
- providing a forum for the exchange of ideas, knowledge and information
The Chicago Metro Chapter is a vibrant chapter with over 1500 members in five branches. The Chapter offers many programs and activites throughout the year, including: educational sessions, scholarships, awards, golf outings, and an annual Public Works exhibition.
The branches include members from contractors, builders, consultants, municpalites, counties, and state works to name a few. We volunteer our time. I work for the Village of Arlington Heights which is the email address I provided. We don't have seperate emails for APWA Chicago Metro Chapter Suburban Branch.
