Our mission is to provide youth and adults with job training, education, and workforce resources to become self-sufficient and productive members of America’s workforce.
Since 1965, AYE has helped over 180,000 disadvantaged individuals with job training, education and career services by partnering with hundreds of business and community organizations that are committed to the success of young people by improving the quality of their lives.
Today, AYE continues long-standing collaborations with educational, community, and faith based organizations to provide learning opportunities and vital services such as internships, job training, post-secondary education preparation, high school diploma completion, family counseling, childcare, housing, and health-related referrals.
