Arlington Special Education Parent-Teacher Association (SEPTA) serves the entire population of Arlington Public Schools (APS) including students with special learning needs, staff and families. We are a member of the National PTA and a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization. We facilitate events and programs on topics highly relevant to our families, students, and staff in the special education community. We support APS staff with grants for professional development, specialized equipment, and materials to enhance the education of students receiving special education services. Additionally, we are dedicated to increase awareness and acceptance of people with disabilities and learning differences.
