AGMSF benefits students who demonstrate a love of community, family and friends, with a bit of adventure and further pursuits in higher education by providing academic scholarships for motivating, energetic, and forward-thinking Carlsbad High School seniors.
The Carlsbad Spirit Benefit concert is sponsored by the AGMSF. This is an annual concert that is always scheduled for the month of April. The bands and venue are donated. There is a $10 donation at the door, silent auction, and raffle prizes. Food is available for purchase with a percentage going to the organization. Since we are an all volunteer organization, we are able to keep our administrative costs to about 10%. The rest of the proceeds provide scholarships to a diverse group of college bound Carlsbad High School students.
