The Asa Packer PTA, as a local chapter of Pennsylvania PTA and National PTA, is a non-profit organization devoted to the promotion of parental involvement and the success of all students of the Asa Packer Elementary School, part of the Bethlehem Area School District (BASD). The Asa Packer PTA can only fulfill its mission by receiving support from our local community. Your support goes a long way in helping us to achieve these goals. These are just a few of the programs/items made possible by your contributions: o Purchase of laptops, iPads, Chrome Books, projectors, and audio/video equipment o Field Trips, Author Day, Arts Day, themed assemblies, and enrichment programs o Additional books in our library and classroom educational supplies & equipment o Asa Packer fun nights and other events for students and their families o Design and installation of an Outdoor Classroom The Asa Packer PTA, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization as recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. No goods or services, in whole or in part, were received in exchange for this contribution; therefore, the full value of our contribution is deductible for income tax purposes. This letter is provided by the Asa Packer PTA in order to express our gratitude and to comply with the rules and regulations promulgated by the Internal Revenue Service.
