Aspire High Youth Development Program mission is to develop the physical, mental, and emotional wellness of youth through our core values of the 18 Character Development and Leadership traits. The concentration is on using these traits to make informed decisions. Also to prepare youth to develop traits to be engaged as active citizens in a dynamic global society and to successfully meet the challenges and opportunities of the 21st Century global workplace.
