Mission: To equip men who served more than ten consecutive years in prison, with the life and coping skills they need to empower themselves to overcome barriers, maximize their potential, and live meaningful lives.
Four Major Componets
Re-entry - Adjusting to a New World, Specialized Life, Social and COping Skills; Peer Support, Individual Case Management; Job Development, Job Rediness and Retention Traning.
Transforming Lives - Individually Focused Life Social and COping Skills; Spiritual Principles; Counseling (anger management, substance abuse, frustrations, etc.) Building Self Esteem; Character Building; Family Reconcilliation.
Mentoring and Leadership - Positive Role Modles in the community mentor ASPIRE to Win (ATW) participants; Youth Mentoring - ATW participants mentor at risk youth; Peer Mentoring - ATW graduates mentor newer participants; Men's Group.
Community Service - Youth Outreach; Community Education; Special Events to instill Hope. (Hopefest).
