Purpose. The purposes for which the Corporation is formed are as follows:
(a) The Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, but not limited to, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Sections 115 or 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law) (hereinafter, the "Internal Revenue Code"). This Corporation is also organized to engage in any and all lawful activities that be incidental or reasonably necessary to any of the foregoing purposes under the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
(b) Included among the charitable, religious, educational and scientific purposes for which the Corporation is organized are the following: (a) to promote and advance construction employee appreticeship, education and training, advanced skill training, supervisory training, construction technical education, safety education, accident prevention, improving personnel relations, market development, standardization of contracts and specification; (b) collect and distribute information useful and beneficial to the construction or contracting industry; and (c) promote and advance the interest and common good of the construction contracting industry in the state of Oklahoma.
