Our mission is to empower motivated students with the mentorship, scholarships, and business acumen they need to thrive in competitive, performance-based environments, ensuring their success extends far beyond the classroom.
Atlas Scholars is an innovative personal and professional development program designed to empower students from the summer after their sophomore year through the summer after their high school graduation. Scholars take part in an intensive, paid, month-long experiential learning program, that immerses them in real world environments, driving holistic growth and preparing them for the challenges of the professional world.
We carefully select youth who embody the core values of GRIT (Growth, Resilience, Initiative, Teamwork) and immerse them in environments where they can engage directly with industry leaders, explore diverse careers, and gain firsthand exposure to professional settings. Through this process, Scholars develop critical thinking, master effective communication, and build the commitment and competencies essential for their future success.
Throughout the year, Scholars benefit from hands-on mentorship, rigorous college preparation, and engagement of executives and industry leaders, ensuring they are continually advancing both academically and professionally. Atlas Scholars cultivates an environment where students’ motivation, drive, and self-investment – as well as their resulting performance in the program – is the determinant of their success, empowering them to take control of their future and excel in any endeavor they pursue. Upon completing the program, our alumni gain access to performance-based scholarships, an invaluable lifelong network, and ongoing opportunities for personal and professional development, ensuring they continue to thrive well beyond high school.
