Atlas Youth Outreach is 501 (c) (3) located in Jefferson County, Missouri. Atlas Youth Outreach aims to create a safe place for adolescents, ages 13-18, in Jefferson County to participate in therapeutic services that support social and emotional growth and provide new opportunities for them to gain knowledge for successful futures.
We believe that the pressures of growing up can make adolescents feel like they are carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders. We also believe that when adolescents are provided with compassion and understanding, they can be empowered to make amazing progress. We are dedicated to providing a safe place with empathetic guidance for young adults.
We also recognize that not all people are alike, and we strive to acknowledge the strengths of every individual regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation and socioeconomic status. We believe it is important to model respect, tolerance, and acceptance of those differences to encourage young adults to see their own individual differences as a strength.
Atlas Youth Outreach provides mental health support groups on various topics such as Anxiety management, Depression support, Anger Mangement, Foster Care Support, and Conflict Resoltions. We provide our services to teens for free.
