We are a Phoenix-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that’s been helping Arizonans for 35 years .

Here's some background on our organization and event: Since 1988, Aunt Rita’s Foundation has pursuedkits mission to end the HIV epidemic and dispel the myths and stigma surrounding it in Arizona. RED is the Night is Aunt Rita’s fundraiser that brings 400 members of the community together to share cocktails, food, music, and entertainment as they provide support for Aunt Rita's programs.

This year, those programs include the continued expansion of HIV/STI testing initiatives throughout Arizona and surrounding tribal areas, community outreach and education, a Youth Empowerment Retreat for youth ages 14-24 who are living with HIV, and the further development of the Experienced Escapades program that provides support and eliminates isolation for aging older adults living with HIV.
