We thank you for being a valued support to our elementary school with your past donations. We look forward to working with you again this year.
Your donation will contribute to our efforts to pay for specialty teachers. While tax money covers the basics, we must privately fund P.E., science, art, our music program, and enrichment tutors.
You can help!
I’m writing to ask you to donate to our auction fundraiser to be held on April 30th, 2022. Products, services, and monetary donations are all accepted and appreciated. Some suggestions are gift cards, gift baskets, or Live Auction items. We are non-profit 501(c)(3) Tax ID# 33-0434175 and are 100% tax deductible!
Additionally, studies show that consumers are more likely to shop brands that are actively supporting the local community. With a single donation your business can effortlessly create a concentrated marketing campaign reaching over 650 Carlsbad families. Your business will be advertised as a sponsor on our school website, 655 invitations, ongoing newsletters, our Facebook page, the auction app (Handbid), and displayed at our event for everyone to see.
We kindly request that any donations be submitted by February 25, 2022 to ensure your business name will be included on all printed event marketing.
