Balboa Magnet Elementary is a public elementary school in Northridge, CA. As a magnet school, Balboa serves a diverse population of students from across Los Angeles. The Balboa Spirit Club (BSC) is the volunteer-parent organization that supports the school. BSC is a 501(c)(3), and with budget cuts we fund all of our "extra" activities through parent and community donations -- things like PE, Music, Gardening, and Computers, which we otherwise wouldn't be able to offer at the school. Every year, we host an event called Festival of the Arts, where we display student artwork, enjoy performances from school music groups, provide art activites, and showcase a Silent Auction. We would welcome any donations for the Silent Auction!
