Ballet After Dark is a nonprofit organization that provides trauma-informed care, holistic resources and somatic interventions to black and brown youth and women impacted by trauma and violence throughout Baltimore City. We have 4 core programs for girls and youth that provide mentorship, enhance their arts appreciation and empower them with self-soothing tools and techniques to heal from trauma.
