Beauty Amidst The Ashes is a non-profit based in Newell, IA, with a focus on serving children and families in Iowa and across the nation.. Founded in 2013, Beauty Amidst The Ashes exists to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ by advocating and educating individuals and families about adoption. We share our stories to evangelize, encourage and empower people. It is our desire to bring the hope of Christ into each life story and motivate people to engage in caring for children who need families. To meet needs and serve children and family, our organization operates under the four pillars of: educating, advocating, equipping and supporting families connected to adoption and foster care.

Highlights include filming more stories of grant recipient families, foster and adoptive families; our  Annual Virtual Auction for Adoption to benefit our grant program; year three of our 100 BIKES for 100 KIDS drive with the goal of (200) new bikes for kids in Iowa foster care; three application periods for the Beauty Amidst The Ashes Adoption Grant program; and the HOPE Conference in Des Moines during National Adoption Month.
