I am writing as a member of the committee organizing our fundraising event to benefit the Exhibitors of the Berkeley County Youth Fair here in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. The net proceeds will benefit hundreds of Youth Exhibitors of the Berkeley County Youth Fair.
This year’s theme, “Pride in our Past, Faith in our Future,” encapsulates the essence of our county’s rich history and the unwavering optimism we hold for the future. The Berkeley County Youth Fair serves as a vibrant platform that brings together over 550 exhibitors from esteemed Berkeley County organizations such as 4-H, FFA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, FCCLA, and the Boys and Girls Club. Their dedication and hard work are never gone unnoticed, and we want to give back to our Exhibitors of today and of the future.
Supporting the Youth Fair’s Annual Bonanza is an excellent way for you and your business to support our Exhibitor’s at the youth fair in Martinsburg West Virginia, a community right in your backyard.
A highlight for the evening’s guests, and key to our fundraising efforts, is the gun raffles, raffle baskets, silent auction, tip jars and other fun events. It is only through the support of businesses like yours that enables us to have a successful auction and event.
