We are excited to announce that the BCSHA will be hosting a Parents Night Out for our Spring Fundraiser in April
2023. This event will raise money to be used to support the students and teachers at the Berlin
Community School through the BCSHA. It is your generous donations that have previously allowed the Home and
School to provide SMART Boards and FM systems to each classroom; as well as, assist with purchasing computers
and iPads for the students. Please help us continue this initiative, teacher grants and sponsor numerous student
events throughout the year.
1) EVENT SPONSORSHIP
We kindly ask for your sponsorship to support the Grand Prize in our Silent Auction. Our goal this year is to raise
enough funds to gift a vacation to a family of four.
● Platinum ($750) You will receive two VIP Tickets to the event, a poster with your business logo at the event, and
be mentioned on all marketing materials promoting the Grand Prize, including our Facebook page.
● Gold ($500) You will receive one VIP Ticket, be mentioned on all marketing materials promoting the Grand Prize,
including our Facebook page.
● Bronze ($250) Be mentioned on all marketing materials promoting the Grand Prize including our Facebook page.
2) DONATION ITEM or GIFT CERTIFICATE
We are in need of items and gift certificates for the silent auction gift baskets. If you have services, goods, gift
cards, or event tickets that you can donate, your business will be acknowledged and very much appreciated.
All sponsorship and donations are due by March 15, 2023. For more information about BCS’s annual fundraiser
