Best Friend Dog and Animal Adoption, Inc. is an all-volunteer group that rescues abandoned animals and provides them with medical care and lifelong, loving homes.
At any given time, Best Friend Adoption has many pets that have been rescued from local pounds or simply abandoned. They must be housed in foster homes or boarded in kennels while awaiting adoption. These animals must be treated, inoculated, spayed and neutered, and groomed. The veterinary care that is needed is very costly.
