Bestwork Industries for the Blind, Inc. (Bestwork) is the largest employer of people who are blind or visually impaired in New Jersey. Founded in 1981 by Jim Varsaci, a veteran who lost his sight in WWII, Bestwork addresses the staggering 70% unemployment rate for people who are blind by making training, employment, and career development a priority. Bestwork’s core lines of business are Textile Apparel Manufacturing, Kitting/Packaging/Light Assembly, e-Commerce, and Document Scanning/Digital Imaging. Bestwork is a registered Federal/DOD Contractor, ISO Certified, and is committed to delivering the highest quality products and services.
