Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth in our communities. BBBS is accountable for enrolled youth building social skills, increasing academic achievement, and creating healthy lifestyles.  Currently, we serve over 435 “Littles” through community-based and school-based mentoring programs. 

Big Night Out is BBBS’ fall fundraiser to support our mentoring program.  Our goal is to raise $127,000 through live and silent auction, donations and ticket sales.  The theme of this year’s event is Defenders of Potential because we know that a good defense is the best offense.  Big Night is slated to be held at the Washington Redskins Training Camp in Richmond, Virginia on October 15th. We anticipate 150-200 business and community leaders.
