Redlining was an allowable, legal practice by the federal government from 1930 until The 1968 Fair Housing Act which banned Redlining. The mission of Blacklining Foundation Inc. is to reverse the negative effects of Redlining by providing Black people with informational sessions to acquire real estate, build foundations in their communities to become landlords of their domain and to equip young children and adolescents, with the knowledge on the importance of creating generational wealth, which establishes economic advancement and productivity within their communities.
