The Blue Ribbon Foundation was established in 1993 to raise funds for the renovation of the historic Iowa State Fairgrounds. Funds raised help ensure our beautiful fairgrounds, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, remains a valuable part of the Iowa heritage.
