We are excited to announce our non-profit youth equine team, Stone Gate Stable Equestrian team (tax EIN 83-1494403), along with our host barn, Boots and Saddle Riding Club (tax EIN: 23-0422745), will be hosting a Designer Purse Bingo. The proceeds from this show will go toward much need restorations to the barns and grounds of our historic farm site.
Boots and Saddles Riding Club and Stone Gate Stable Equestrian team are contacting local businesses to help with this endeavor. We are requesting monetary donations and/or donations in the form of gift baskets/ gift cards to help make the above-mentioned horse show a successful. Your monetary donation will go toward supplies and consolation prizes. Your gift baskets and/ or gift cards will be used in our fundraising basket raffles. Donation amounts are up to your discretion. Please review the attached donation sheets to guide your decision. Any amount is useful and greatly appreciated.
Our clubs are also implementing a Sponsorship program. Donors who sponsor a specific games prize will be advertised with that particular prize and announced at the beginning of that specific game. Allcompanies donating or sponsoring to our bingo will be advertised on site with signage provided by us or any other advertising material you wish to provide; business cards, pens, pamphlets etc. Please see donation sheet and sponsorship program sheet attached, for a list of advertising we provide.
