The mission of the Boys & Girls Club of Farmington is to inspire and enable all youth, especially those who need us the most. Since 1960 BGCF has been serving youth with intentionality and purpose, focusing on academic success, good character and healthy lifestyle. With two main sites and programs operating on 6 school sites, Club kids enter adulthood with the skills and resources to achieve their goals and to create a positive impact on their community. During COVID, over 2000 youth were served through virtual programs, kit delivery, on site program for middle schools to engage in remote learning, and family check in call. As the nation transistion out of COVID, these programs will be more vital than ever for the vulnerable population we serve. Securing socio-emotional health, buidling positive mentoring relationships and re-engaging with peers will continue to be critical components of our programs. Community support ensures we achieve our mission.
