For over 56 years we have been providing a safe place for the youth of Salem, NH with affordable programs for Pre-schoolers to teenagers. Our after-school programs focus on character and citizenship, healthy lifestyles, and academic success. We offer swimming lessons, sports camps, cooking lessons, homework help, music lessons, and art programs. We offer the opportunity to join community service groups and clubs such as the Keystone Club and the Torch Club. We expanded our hours and we now serve over 60 dinners each evening.  Our average daily attendance is over 300 children. Parents rely on our daily transportation, summer camps, and the fact that we are open during school holidays. Our community needs these services and we rely on the generosity of our supporters to be able to continue to provide all that we can provide.

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem is the largest youth-serving agency in the greater Salem area providing opportunities during the critical before and after school hours for over 300 children daily. The Club is uniquely situated to provide high-quality programs that foster academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character and citizenship. These facts, combined with hiring & developing a Quality Staff, make a difference.
